Expelled from ICFBA

Expelled from ICFBA
Kevin Jackson, representing IBD Ltd, was a Senior Accredited Partner with ICFBA until September 2009. He was expelled from the community as he had broken the ICFBA code of ethics in that he had deliberately misrepresented a business opportunity and lied to other members of the community.
In February of 2009 he presented to the community that his company (IBD) had an exclusive contract with the London Development Agency (LDA) to provide consultancy services to businesses in north London. For a significant fee the members of the community could join IBD and provide this service.
The LDA have stated categorically that no such contract ever existed and have told Mr Jackson to cease making fraudulent claims in his attempts to recruit members to his organisation.
When given the opportunity to provide evidence of this contract and so his honesty Mr Jackson refused.
Therefore, ICFBA has no further dealings with Mr Jackson or IBD (Initiatives in Business Development group).
